I thought the inspector was great! Dick Brammer was his name.  He did a wonderful job and because his inspection was so complete I get a new dishwasher.  I appreciate his professionalism and timeliness.  Thanks again Mr Brammer. I also love the binder.  It gives so much information.  And the  Home Repair Manual is a great ideal. If I ever need another inspection for any reason I will be calling AmeriSpec. Thank you, A Banks

Kevin was the guy who did my inspection and he was very helpful!  Answered my questions  did all that was expected plus I think a bit more than required.  Overall I would def. recommend Amerispec to someone looking for an inspection.  The book is well layed out and easy to read and understand!  Good value for the money!  Thanks!!
